To properly touch all bases of student interest, RUnderground allows its writers to write about whatever they feel. These topics can range from faith-based, news-related, sports-related, technology-related, entertainment-related or some other topic they so choose.

The "Star Section" of this site was looking a little bare, so I thought I'd briefly discuss Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' big news: the arrival of their newborn. In case you've been living in a cave this week, Katie Holmes gave birth to a little baby girl on Thursday. And they named the baby Suri. Yes, Suri. Apparently Tom and Katie have no interest in the well-being of their child when she gets to grade school and is made fun of by all her peers for having the name Suri. Mr. Cruise was probably too busy promoting Mission: Impossible 3 to think up a better name for her (which, by the way, I will be at the first showing of on May 5).

I found this to be an interesting read. The California Assembly has decided to pass a ban on personal ultrasound machines after hearing that Cruise purchased an ultrasound machine to see images of Suri while Holmes was pregnant.
